Please return any product, except custom orders (along with your authorization number), within 30 days of your invoice date, that isn’t to your satisfaction. We will be happy to exchange the product, credit your account for future purchases or reimburse your purchase price minus shipping.
Any items that are returned without an authorization number from Windwalker Outdoors will be subject to a $50.00 restocking fee. YOU MUST CALL PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM. Windwalker Outdoors will not be responsible for any merchandise returned without an authorization number. We may have a solution to your problem.
